How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My mother in law had a stroke and we interviewed 12 agencies and nobody stood out as one we would use. So we started our own agency and we grew to 60 employees our first year. We are different and we do a great job with great people.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We not only provide home health care we also will handle all the home maintenance needs also. We only hire STNAs, all care givers are employees not contractors, everybody is bonded and insured, we GPS track caregivers to verify they are onsite on schedule, we have an online family portal to check status of the patient and supervisors make weekly trips to verify 100% satisfaction.,
