How long have you been in business?
Since 1967 -- previous locations in upstate New York, Delaware, Nebraska, and since 1981 in the Dayton/Huber Heights area. Also lived overseas (Philippines and Turkey)as AF wife.
What is your primary product or service?
Buy, sell or trade Antiques and Collectables.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Became a dealer when house filled up years ago. Trained by one of the best dealers in the business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Interesting, affordable, fun, knowledgeable and diversified.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
This is the only current location. Formerly at 7521 Brandt Pike in Huber Heights for 20 years, 1987-2007. Had to close that 3500 sq ft store due to health reasons. Have now downsized store area to 1600 sq ft but quality is still top notch.

Cash or check with proper ID at Ginger's desk, and credit/debit cards for a minimum of $10 at the market's checkout counter. Layaways are also available.

Ginger Brickner is the sole proprietor and purchaser. Her store is co-located inside Marketplace Treasures Flea Market.
What are your hours of operation?
The Ginger Jar and Marketplace Treasures are open 6 days a week (Tues-Sun), 11 AM to 6 PM.
