How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1998
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary focus is on bringing Quality, Personalized Service to the area.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
When I was working as a purchasing agent for a local tool company I became aware of a need for a service that would do more than just empty the trash and clean. What people need is the ability to get some of the minor maintenance issues taken care of without having to call several different contractors.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The difference is in the name. We truly are the Personal Touch. Our service is based on your needs, if you need more than just a cleaner we can provide the extra that most cleaners don't have time or skill for.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are currently based in Kettering and we plan on staying a small family business.
