I am from the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area and after graduating from high school, I attended a technical school majoring in plumbing. After working a few years for plumbing companies in the Philadelphia area, I moved to Dayton, Ohio and obtained a Master Plumber's license. I opened my own plumbing business in order to support my family and to give me the opportunity to provide quality plumbing services to my customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
From the inception of my business, I have wanted to provide quality service at a fair and honest price. The quality service starts with the first phone call that is made to my office and doesn't end until the job has been completed. I treat your home as my own with a 'no mess left behind policy'. As a customer, you want someone who is going to treat you respectfully and treat your home respectfully, and I will do both. Each job is explained prior to the work being done. An informed and educated customer is one who can make good decisions about the work to be done in their home and feels comfortable with the decisions that they make.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Some of the best compliments that we can be given are those positive customer reviews that have been left for us on Google, Yelp, Angie's List, Better Business Bureau and other sites. Consistently, our customers mention the quality of work that was done for a fair and honest price. When a new customers calls and tells us that friends, relatives, etc. have told them to call, we know that the referral has come from a satisfied and happy customer.
